Impact of Internal Motivational Factors of Employees on Progress of Team Working Activities (Case Study: Employees of Keshavarzi Bank in Mashhad City)

Abstract: This study has performed regarding the Impact of Internal Motivational Factors of Employees on progress of Team Working Activities among the Employees of Keshavarzi Bank in Mashhad City. Statistical population in this study included the Employees of Keshavarzi Bank in Mashhad City in 2015. Data collection was performed by simple stratified random sampling and use of Sprietzer‟s (1995) standard Internal Motivational Factors questionnaire and for evaluation of team working was performed by using the questionnaire of Khajeh Anari (2009). For evaluation of the correlation between research variables, descriptive statistical tests, Pearson‟s correlation coefficient and linear regression analysis were used. Results of the tests showed that statistically significant correlation exists between the Internal Motivational Factors of Employees and progress of Team Working Activities. Additionally, results of regression analysis showed that among the factors of Internal Motivational in order of priority Feeling of confidence and Trust, Feeling of personal choice, Feeling of work value are effective on teamwork
