Factors affecting organizational development (Case Study: Welfare office of East Azerbaijan province)

Abstract: The aim of this study was to identify factors affecting organizational development (Case Study of West Azerbaijan Welfare). The strategy of this research is descriptive and applied research has been done on the field. The population consisted of all employees and managers in Western Azerbaijan province's Department of Social Welfare and population size of 325 individuals sampled based on the sample of 176 was calculated. However, due to the confounding of two questionnaires, 174 samples were analyzed. Data collection adoption of enterprise development questionnaires Peter Luke and John Kaford (2000). With regard to the validity of supervisors and reliability by Cronbach's alpha was calculated 0/852. To analyze the assumptions single-sample t-test was used. The results showed that the component of goal setting, leadership, attitude of staff changes, employee relations, organizational structure and remuneration mechanisms advantageous for organizations with 0/05 likely to have an impact on the development of the welfare office
