Development of human resource training coaching models and its effect on the performance of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting

Abstract: Coaching is an effective method to promote learning that can have a positive impact on company’s profits and losses and bring about tangible benefits to individuals and organizations. In the past decade, coaching tools have found a significant popularity among the leaders and employees of organizations in a way that organizations and their employees pay much attention to coaching and a lot of material, financial, and human resource have been invested in them. In this study, factors affecting coaching the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting executives has been investigated and identified, and its effect on the organization's performance has been examined. For this, data were extracted through 54 directors of the organizations using structural equation modeling approach using SPSS and LISREL software. The results show the impact of coaching on the performance of the organization
