Study of Behavioral Biorhythm of Maskan bank staff and its relationship with their organizational commitment

Abstract: Biorhythm is one of the latest topics in the field of ergonomic identification of mind that can influence on the performance of an organization by study and identify the aspects of intellectual, physical and psychological of staff. On the other hand, the organizational commitment is another behavioral issue that shows the kind of feeling of individuals to the organization. Accordingly, this study is aimed to study the biorhythm relationship and organizational commitment in the Maskan Bank of Kurdistan province by using the Taylor et al. model (2011). In this study, the relationship between variables is investigated using structural equation modeling. The results showed biorhythm has a statistically significant effect on organizational commitment. It should be mentioned, among biorhythm variables (emotional, physical and intellectual), only physical biorhythm has no significant effect on organizational commitment
