Effects of Exercise on Mental Health Promotion

Abstract: Exercise in health and physical and mental fitness, balance and emotional stability, positive body image, social development and needs friendship, competition, attention, security and enhance esprit de corps implications. Within the meaning of mental health in general health, and mental and physical health, the full ability to roles, not health means absence of disease or retardation. A total of 70 students participated in the research conducted in four mental health scale scale, including somatic symptoms, anxiety and insomnia, social dysfunction and depression were compared and analyzed. Mental health in athletes than non-athletes to better conditions and scales of somatization, anxiety, social dysfunction and depression had a significant effect. In addition, in comparing the experimental and control groups, no significant difference in mental health and its subscales between two groups. Exercise is important throughout life. Sports in principle and on a regular basis and if used correctly, to realize many important needs, identifying healthy social life, and modify or prevent deviant behavior can have an effective role. Sports physical health as one of the foundations of all people, both women and men should take priority to the basic foundations of the next generation's future mental health of the whole building
